2. Applicants for Master Degree, PhD degree and trainee study are required to prepare the following materials.

◆ Transcripts of university studies

◆ 2 Letters of Recommendation (written in English or Chinese by 2 professors or 2 associate professors)

◆ Personal Resume, written in English or in Chinese

◆ Study Plan or Research Plan in China (no less than 800 words), written in English or in Chinese

◆ Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in duplicate)

◆ 2 copies of passport (in duplicate)

◆ 6 recently-taken bareheaded photos

◆ Doctor’s License (in duplicate; suggesting to applicants applying for degree program in the discipline of clinical medicine only)
